Families impacted by Hurricane Lala may be eligible for assistance replacing essential baby and young-child items that were lost or damaged during the storm.

The Parent Line is coordinating assistance for families who need to replace critical items, including:

  • Car seats
  • Breast pumps
  • Cribs
  • Other essential baby supplies

Families whose essential baby items were lost or damaged during Hurricane Lala are encouraged to request assistance as soon as possible so support can be coordinated. To ensure comprehensive statewide outreach, these relief efforts are being coordinated through The Parent Line, which is funded by the Hawai‘i Department of Health and administered by Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies.
